 Q. How long does it take to design a web site?

A. All web project are unique. Below is a guideline on the web design lead times. We will provide a more accurate expected delivery time on order. As we provide bespoke web design solutions, we aim to please. This sometimes means accomodating changes that you might require to our original web design proposal. Obviously, the more web design changes you request, the longer the web design assignment will take. In such cases, the design times indicated below may vary and be longer.

Web site design package 2 - Professional web site design solution - 1 week to 2 weeks

Web site design package 3 - Advanced web site design solution - 1 week to 2 weeks

Q. How do I pay for my web site?

A. You can pay for your web design in several ways.

1. You can pay online on our web site by credit/debit card.

2. You can pay via your Paypal account.

3. You can pay via bank transfer.

4. You can pay cash

Q. How do I get my material over to you to start the web design project?

A. You can send us text and images that we will use for your web design in a number of ways:

1. You can type your text in an email and click send. Or you can simply type the text in a Word document and send as an attachment.

2. We offer free FTP access to transfer your files to us, they will be uploaded directly onto our file server then one of our web designers will download them onto one of our web designing machines.

3. Some of our customers scribble and draw what they want on a piece of paper and post it to us. That’s fine too, provided we can read your handwriting.

4. If you’ve got some photos to send us, email them as attachments if the lot is not bigger than about 5Mb. Any bigger than that and your email editor might not be able to handle it.

5. For big photo files, try burning them on a cd and put it in the post.

6. If you have not got appropriate photos, we recommend http://www.bigstockphoto.com. This is a large collection of quality, royalty free photos that we can use for your web design, Or you can use one of our models.

Q. How long will it take for my web site to appear on major search engines?

A. Once we design your web site and place it as a link into one of our search engine friendly web sites it takes between 2 to 6 weeks for your web site to be picked up and listed on the search engines.
